The Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters. We’re not just building better, we’re building bigger. We’ve added four new states to our Council: Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. That means we’ll be representing Union Carpenters from the Canadian to the Mexican border, making us the biggest Regional Council in the UBC by far.
