Apprenticeship “The ORIGINAL 4 Year DEGREE”
A Carpenter Apprentice is someone who is learning through “On the Job Training” while working under the guidance of a skilled journey-level worker known as a Journeyman. This OJT coupled with classroom training known as Related Supplemental Instruction is the Carpenter Apprenticeship.
